Where you use OurOpero to process personal data, you act as the data controller and OurOpero acts as the data processor on your behalf.

We process the data in your workspaces only to provide the service and as instructed by you through your use of the product.

We use a limited set of vetted subprocessors to operate the service. We remain responsible for their compliance with this addendum.

We maintain appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data, including encryption in transit, granular per-workspace access controls, and ongoing monitoring.

We assist you in responding to data subject requests and will delete or return data on termination, subject to legal retention requirements.
