Question 1

Do I need a credit card to start?

Accepted Answer

No. The Free plan needs no card. You can explore boards, columns, and conversations and only upgrade when you're ready.

Question 2

How long does setup take?

Accepted Answer

Minutes. Start from a template or a blank board, add the columns you track, and invite your team. New groups inherit your columns automatically, so scaling takes seconds.

Question 3

What can I build with boards?

Accepted Answer

Structure work the way your team thinks: workspaces, folders, boards, groups, items, and sub-items, with 15+ column types for any kind of data.

Question 4

How do automations work?

Accepted Answer

Automations are no-code rules: a trigger starts them, optional conditions decide whether they run, and one or more actions carry them out. Build a rule once and the work moves itself.

Question 5

Is my data secure?

Accepted Answer

Access is controlled by granular per-workspace permissions, and data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Confidential work stays locked to the people who should see it.

Question 6

Do you resell my data?

Accepted Answer

Never. There are no data brokers and no surprise terms. Your data is used to provide the service, nothing else.

Question 7

How does pricing work?

Accepted Answer

Start free forever. Paid plans are billed per user per month, with a discount for annual billing. You only pay for the seats you use.

Question 8

Can I change plans later?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Changes take effect from your next billing cycle.

Question 9

Is there a discount for annual billing?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Annual billing saves around 20% compared to paying monthly.
