Information we collect
Account information: when you create an account or set up a workspace, we collect details such as your name, email address, password, and any profile information you choose to add.
Content you create: we store the boards, items, columns, documents, files, comments, and other content you and your team add to your workspaces, so we can provide the service.
Usage and device data: we collect basic technical information such as browser and device type, IP address, pages viewed, and feature interactions, to keep the service secure, reliable, and improving.
Billing information: if you subscribe to a paid plan, our payment processor collects the payment details needed to complete the transaction. We do not store full card numbers ourselves.
How we use your information
To provide, maintain and improve the service, including rendering your workspaces, running automations, and syncing changes across your team.
To secure your account and the platform, detect and prevent abuse, and troubleshoot issues.
To communicate with you about your account, respond to support requests, and send service and security notices.
To send product updates or marketing only where permitted; you can opt out of marketing messages at any time.
Legal bases for processing
Where applicable law (such as the GDPR) requires it, we rely on the following legal bases: performance of our contract with you to provide the service; your consent for optional communications; compliance with legal obligations; and our legitimate interests in operating, securing, and improving the platform.
Data retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. When you delete content or close your account, we remove the associated data within a reasonable period, except where we are required to retain it to comply with legal obligations or resolve disputes.
How we protect your data
We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect your data, including encryption in transit, granular per-workspace access controls, and ongoing monitoring. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work continuously to safeguard your information.
Your rights and choices
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, restrict, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. You can manage much of your information directly in your account settings.
To exercise rights that aren't available in-product, contact us and we will respond within the time required by applicable law. You also have the right to withdraw consent for optional communications at any time.
International data transfers
We may process and store information in countries other than where you live. Where we transfer personal data across borders, we use appropriate safeguards required by applicable law to protect that information.
Children's privacy
The service is not directed to children under the age required by your jurisdiction, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can remove it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date below and, where appropriate, notify you through the service. Your continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
