There's no Cancel button, cancelling means switching auto-renewal off, and it lets the plan run out.

OurOpero has no Cancel subscription button. If you don't want to be charged again, you turn off auto-renewal, and the plan runs to the end of the period you've already paid for.

  1. Go to Administration › Billing › Payment method.
  2. Find the Auto-renewal switch and turn it off.
  3. Read the confirmation and choose Turn off. Keep auto-renewal backs out.
The Payment method page with the Auto-renewal switch on and the confirmation asking to turn it off.
This is what cancelling is. The plan runs to the end of the period you have paid for.

What happens next#

  • Your plan stays active until the end of the current period, you keep everything you've paid for.
  • You aren't charged again. The Payment method page swaps "Next charge on" for "No further charges, access ends" and the date.
  • The Billing Overview switches to "Ends" and notes that auto-renewal is off.
  • When that date passes, the workspace locks and shows the full-screen message asking you to choose a plan.
