Pinning, locking and defaults
Use three settings in the View options menu to control where a view appears, who can change its layout, and which view opens first.

All three settings are available from the same View options menu. Open it from a tab's 3-dot menu, by right-clicking the tab, or from the view's row in the "All" list.
Pinning#
"Pin view" keeps a view at the front of the strip. Pinned views always appear before unpinned views, so a pinned view remains visible even when the board has more than seven views.
Select "Unpin view" to return the view to the normal order.
Locking#
"Lock view" prevents changes to a view's layout. Anyone can still open the view, apply filters, and read its contents, but layout changes such as reordering, resizing, or hiding and showing columns are disabled.
The Default View#
"Set as default" determines which view opens when the board is accessed. Once a view is set as the default, the option changes to "Default view". The option is disabled on the view that is already the default.
In the "All" list, the default view is marked with a gold star.
