Creating a dashboard
Create a dashboard as a view on the board using the same + menu as other views.

- Select the + at the end of the view tabs.
- Select "Dashboard".
- The dashboard is created with the name "Dashboard" and opens empty.
An empty dashboard shows "This dashboard is empty" and "Click "Add widget" to drop in your first chart, KPI or battery".
The Dashboard Toolbar#
| Control | What It Does |
|---|---|
| Name and "N widget(s)" | Shows which dashboard you're viewing and how many widgets it contains. |
| Filter | Opens "Filter all widgets" and applies one filter across the entire dashboard. |
| Export | Exports the dashboard as a PDF. This is disabled while the dashboard is empty. |
| Add widget | Open "Add a widget", where you can choose Chart, Numbers, or Battery. |
It Behaves Like Any Other View#
You can rename, pin, lock, set the dashboard as the default, move its tab, or delete it using the same View options menu available for table views.
