Opening the activity log

Where the log lives, and who can open it.

  1. Open the board.
  2. Choose the ⋯ More options menu in the board header.
  3. Choose Activity log.

A panel opens on the right, headed with the board's name and the line "Board activity, last viewers, and updates". It has three tabs: Activity, Last viewed, and Updates.

Viewers and guests do not get the menu, so the entry is not there to find.

Who can open it#

The log is for board administrators on a task board. If you aren't an administrator of that board, the Activity log entry isn't in the menu, and viewers and guests don't get the ⋯ menu at all.

New activity appears in the log as it happens, without reopening the panel.
