Moving and reordering items
Dragging a row within its group or into another one, and what changes in long groups.

Reordering within a group#
Pick up a row and drag it over another one. A blue insertion line shows where it will land, above the row you are hovering over if you are on its top half, or below it if you are on the bottom half. Release to drop.
Moving to another group#
The same drag works across groups: drag the row down into another group's table and drop it, and the item changes group. If the target group is collapsed, expand it first so its table is there to drop into.
Long groups#
A group holding more than 20 rows switches to a scrolling table of fixed height with its own scrollbar, rather than growing down the page. Groups of 20 rows or fewer stay full height with no inner scroll area.
Items in a long group load 30 at a time as you scroll, with a "Loading more..." strip at the bottom while the next batch arrives. That's worth knowing before you drag: an item you haven't scrolled to yet isn't on screen to drop next to.
