Editing, Viewing and Suggestion

Three modes in the mode menu, and what each one changes about the editor.

Editing#

Suggestion is the tracked-changes mode. Nothing lands until someone accepts it.

Editing is the default mode. All toolbar groups and the selection toolbar are available.

Viewing#

Viewing is read only. Formatting groups disappear, and the selection toolbar stays hidden. This is useful for reading a long document without accidentally moving or changing anything.

Suggestion#

Suggestion is the tracked changes mode and can be selected from the same menu.
