Editing labels and colours
The label editor is shared by Status and Dropdown columns.

Labels belong to the column rather than individual items, so editing a label affects every cell that uses it. Open any cell in the column and select "Edit Labels".
What You Can Do#
- Add a label: A new row appears with the name "New label", ready to be renamed.
- Rename a label: Enter the new name directly in the label.
- Reorder labels: Drag a row up or down. This determines the order in which labels appear when selecting them in cells.
- Delete a label: Removes the label from the set.
- Recolour a label: Select "Pick a color" to choose from 20 swatches or enter a hex value, then select "Done".
Changes do not take effect until you select "Apply". Closing the editor before selecting "Apply" leaves the label set unchanged.
