Store a date by itself, or a date with a specific time.

Date#
An empty Date cell displays "Pick a date". Select it to open the calendar, then choose a date. To clear the value, reopen the calendar and clear the selection.
Date & Time#
Date & Time works like the Date column but also includes a time picker. Use it when the specific time matters, such as for a call, delivery slot, or go-live.
Filtering#
Both types support the following filters: is, is not, in the next, in the last, is between, is after, is on or after, is before, is on or before, is empty, and is not empty. Relative date values are also available: Today, Yesterday, Tomorrow, This week, Last week, Next week, This month, Last month, and Next month. The "in the last" and "in the next" filters accept a number of days, weeks, or months.
On the group summary strip, Date columns display the earliest and latest values in the group as a range.
