Deleting files

Removing a file or a whole folder, and what the confirmation is telling you.

  • Hover over the file or folder.
  • Choose the delete button. For a folder, the option is in the ⋯ More options menu.
  • Read the confirmation, then choose Delete.

Deleting returns the space to your storage.

The dialog is headed Delete File or Delete Folder and asks "Are you sure you want to delete {name}?". For a folder, it also adds "and all its contents", which is important to check before confirming. Choose Cancel to back out.
