Pausing and Resuming#

Each automation row in the Automation Center has an on/off toggle. Switch it off to stop the automation from running while keeping its configuration. Paused automations appear with reduced opacity in the list, making them easy to identify.

Switch the toggle back on to resume the automation.

Editing#

Open the automation's ⋯ menu and select "Edit". The builder opens with the existing automation sentence, and the save button changes to "Update automation".

The same configuration and validation rules described in "Build Your First Automation" apply when editing.

Deleting#

  • Open the automation's ⋯ menu.
  • Select "Delete".
  • In the confirmation dialog, "Are you sure you want to delete this automation? This action cannot be undone." appears. Select "Delete" to confirm or "Cancel" to return.

After deletion, a confirmation indicates that the workflow was archived. The automation is removed from the list and stops running, while its previous runs remain available in "Run history".
