The Automation Center

View and manage the automations for a board, including their current status and run history.

3 min readUpdated

Every automation belongs to a single board. Open the board and select "Automate" in its header. The button has a small bot icon and opens the full-screen "Automations" panel.

The List#

The panel opens on "Manage your board automations" with two tabs: "Automations" and "Run history". It also includes a "Create automation" button.

Each automation appears as an English sentence showing the recipe you created. The trigger is shown first, followed by any conditions in italics after "and only if …", then an arrow to the actions. The selected trigger, conditions, and actions are highlighted in the sentence.

Each row also shows a priority chip, when the automation was last updated, such as "Today" or "1d ago", and the owner's name and avatar.

The Search box searches both the automation name and its sentence, so you can find an automation by entering a column name or status label used in its configuration.

Live and Paused#

Use the toggle on the right side of each row to turn an automation on or off.

A paused automation remains in the list with reduced opacity, making it easy to identify which automations are currently running.
