The workspace overview

The page behind a workspace name , including its contents, Add menu, and tabs.

3 min readUpdated

Choosing a workspace name opens its overview: a coloured header with the workspace's initial, its name and description, and an Edit button.

The Content tab#

Content lists everything in the workspace as rows you can open:

  • Folders: with a count such as “3 boards • 2 docs”. Selecting one opens it in place.
  • Boards: badged Task Board, File Board, or Doc Board.
  • Documents: badged Document.

Above the list are a Search boards & folders… box and an Add button offering Add Folder (at the workspace root only), New Task Board, New File Board, and Create Document.

The Permissions tab#

Workspaces on a plan that includes workspace permissions get a second tab for choosing members and administrators. See Workspace permissions.
