Stop Time TrackingScope and a Duration column.

The Item / Subitem Scope#

Almost every column action starts with the same Item or Subitem scope token used by conditions. It determines which set of columns you can select.

Changing the scope clears the selected column underneath it because Item and Subitem use separate column lists.

"Push Date" is the exception. It selects a column directly without an Item or Subitem scope.

Choosing a Person#

"Add Assignee", "Remove Assignee", and "Replace Assignee" require you to select a person. Four sources are available:

  • Me: the person who owns the automation.
  • The person who triggered the run.
  • A specific member selected by name.
  • Another people column on the item, which copies the person from that column.

When the target is a Multi Person column, you can also choose whether to append the person to the existing assignees or replace them. Replacing is the default.
