Chart, Numbers, and Battery widgets each have a display mode in their header. The mode changes what the widget shows without changing what it measures.

ModeWhat You Get
VisualDisplays only the chart, figure, or battery. This is the default mode.
TableDisplays the board's rows behind the widget, filtered to the widget's scope.
SplitDisplays both the visual and the rows, with the visual above the table.

Table and Split modes use the actual board table rather than a static copy. The table remains interactive and is narrowed to the data covered by the widget.

Drilling Into a Chart#

  • Select a bucket in a chart, such as a bar, slice, or point.
  • The widget switches to Split mode and filters the table to that bucket.
  • A "Filtered: <label>" chip appears. Select its X to clear the filter.
A widget in Split mode: the chart above the board's own rows, with a Filtered chip naming the bucket.
Table and Split use the real board table, narrowed to the widget's scope.
