Changing your password

Changing it from inside the app, or sending yourself a reset email instead.

Profile › Password changes your password without signing out. All three fields are required.

All three fields are required. The reset link sits underneath if you do not know the current one.
  1. Enter your current password.
  2. Enter a new password of at least 8 characters.
  3. Type the new password again to confirm it.
  4. Choose Change password.
What you seeWhat it means
Enter your current passwordThe first field is empty, the change can't go through without it.
Password must be at least 8 charactersThe new password is too short.
Passwords don't matchThe confirmation doesn't match the new password.

If you don't know your current password#

Choose Forgot your password? Reset via email at the bottom of the section. OurOpero emails a reset link to your address and confirms with "Reset link sent". Follow the link to choose a new password.
