The usage gauge#

At the top, you'll see how much storage you've used against your plan's limit, the number of files, the percentage used, and how much space remains. The usage bar turns red once you pass 90%.

On a plan with unlimited storage, there is no usage bar, instead, you'll see a message stating that your plan includes unlimited storage.

Where the space is going#

Below the usage gauge, a card for each file category shows its total storage usage and file count, with the largest categories listed first:

  • Images
  • Videos
  • Audio
  • PDFs
  • Documents
  • Spreadsheets
  • Presentations
  • Archives
  • Other

The file browser#

All files list every file stored on the account. You can search by name, filter by file type using the nine categories above, or filter by where the file came from:

  • Boards
  • Items
  • Updates
  • Documents
  • Workspaces
  • Avatars
  • Branding
  • Imports

The table shows the file name, type, size, where it's used, who uploaded it, and the upload date. Each row also has a Download button. Name, Size, and Date are sortable.

The list displays 25 rows per page, with Previous and Next controls and a running count.

Choosing Download opens the file in a new tab. If it can't be opened, you'll see "Could not open this file", try again, as the download link is short-lived.

What you can upload#

Each individual file can be up to 100 MB. Anything larger is rejected with "is over the 100 MB limit".
