Filtering a dashboard

Apply one filter across the entire dashboard or a separate filter to an individual widget.

Filtering Everything at Once#

Select the "Filter" button in the dashboard toolbar to open "Filter all widgets".

Build condition rows the same way as you would on a board by selecting a column, an operator, and a value. Once a filter is applied, the button changes to "Filter / N" and turns blue. All widgets on the dashboard then recalculate using the filter.

Filtering One Widget#

Each widget header includes a funnel icon. Select it to open "Filter this widget".

Build condition rows using a column, operator, and value. The filter shows a badge indicating how many conditions are active. Only that widget recalculates when its filter changes.

When no filters are set, either panel shows "No filters applied yet."

If a filter cannot be applied, "Could not apply filter" appears. If a widget's configuration matches no data, it shows "No data for the selected configuration".
