Previewing and downloading

Opening a file without leaving OurOpero, and saving a copy when you need one.

Hover over a file and choose the eye button to open it in a preview window, or choose the download button to save a copy. Both options are available to everyone who can open the board.

What Previews Inline#

JPG, JPEG, PNG, GIF, SVG, WEBPThe image itself, displayed at full size.
PDFThe document is in a scrollable viewer.
MP4 and other videoA player with the usual controls.
AudioA player with the usual controls.
XLS, XLSX, CSVThe sheet is rendered as a table.

Other file types show "Preview Not Available" with "Download to view this file". The file is still available, but it can't be rendered in the browser. An image that fails to load shows "Image preview unavailable" instead.

The Preview Window#

Alongside the file, you'll see its size, type, who uploaded it, and when it was uploaded. A Download button is also available.
