Status
One coloured label per item, making it easy to see the state of each item at a glance.

A Status column holds exactly one label per item from a set of labels you define. Select a cell to open the list, then select a label to fill the cell with that label's colour.
A search box appears above the list, which is useful when a column contains more than a few labels.
Clearing a Cell#
Select the label that is already set to remove it and leave the cell empty. Empty is a distinct state: filters treat it as "is empty", and it appears as a grey slice in the group summary.
Where Status Is Used#
- Progress columns roll up from Status columns, using a done label for each column.
- Battery and chart widgets on a dashboard count Status labels.
- The group summary strip displays a distribution bar for each Status column, with a grey slice for empty cells.
- Automations can trigger when a Status changes to a specific label.
