Quick filters

The Filter control opens in quick-filter mode by default. The panel is headed "Quick filters" and shows one column for each board field, with the field's values listed as rows that you can toggle on or off.

01Reading the Panel#

• The header shows "Showing all of N items" until a filter is applied. After filtering, it changes to "Showing filtered items" and shows the number of active filters.
• Status and dropdown values display their label colour as a dot. Person values display avatars.
• Each field shows up to ten values at a time. Select "Show more" to view the remaining values.
• A "Recent:" strip at the top shows the last ten filters you used and includes its own "Clear" option.

02Applying a Filter#

Select a value to filter the board by it. Select the same value again to remove that filter.

The footer shows "Click any value to filter" when no filters are active. Once filters are applied, it changes to "N filters active, click a value to toggle".

The toolbar button then displays "Filter / N" with an X beside it. Select the X to clear all filters at once.
