Trigger reference

The twelve triggers OurOpero ships, grouped the way the picker groups them.

See the 12 triggers available in OurOpero, grouped the same way they appear in the trigger picker.

All Twelve Triggers "Anything" on the Status and Column Triggers

The trigger is the first token in an automation sentence and the only required part. Select "When this happens" to open the trigger picker, which contains 12 triggers across three groups: Most used, Column change, and Scheduled.

An automation can have exactly one trigger. Selecting a different trigger replaces the current one, and any tokens configured for the previous trigger are removed.

"Anything" on the Status and Column Triggers

"When status changes to something" and "When column changes" both support "Anything" instead of a specific value.

"Anything" means the automation runs whenever there is a change, rather than only when a selected status label or column changes.
