The storage bar

The small meter in the toolbar, what it counts, and when it turns red.

The toolbar of a File board includes a short storage bar with a figure beside it, such as 240 MB / 5 GB. Hover over it to see the full details, including how many files you're storing and how much of your storage allowance they use.

The bar turns red past 90%. An unlimited plan shows no bar at all.
  • The figure represents the entire workspace's storage usage, not just this File board's.
  • At 90% or more of the storage allowance, the bar turns red and the text becomes bold.
  • On plans with unlimited storage, the bar isn't shown because there is no storage allowance to count against.
