Signing up creates both your user account and the workspace your team will join, including its permanent web address. Sign-up takes place on ouropero.com. The process creates two things at once: your personal login and the workspace your team will share.
- On "Get started: it's free", enter your work email and select Continue.
- Enter your full name and a password of at least 8 characters. A strength meter appears as you type.
- Enter an account name (your company or team) and choose a workspace address.
- Select Create account.
Choosing workspace address#
Choosing a workspace address Your workspace address becomes your permanent web address, so choose it carefully. OurOpero checks availability as you type and displays one of the following messages:

| Checking availability… | OurOpero is still checking whether the address is available. |
| yourname.ouropero.com is available | The address is available. You can continue. |
| That address is already taken. | Another account is using it. Try a different variation. |
| That address is reserved. | The address is reserved for system use. Choose another. |
| That address isn't valid. | Check the address requirements below. |
- Be between 5 and 63 characters long.
- Contain only lowercase letters, numbers, and hyphens.
