An item is a row on a board. Which of the two add options you use determines where the row appears.
An item is a row on a board. Which of the two add options you use determines where the row appears.
At the top of a group#
The button in the group header reads "New" followed by the name of the board's first column, "New Task" on a board whose first column is Task. Selecting it inserts an empty row at the top of that group and expands the group if it was collapsed. Type the name and press Enter.
At the bottom of a group#
The last row of every group's table is an add row with a plus icon, labelled "Add" followed by the group's name, "Add Backlog" in a group called Backlog. It adds the item at the bottom, and its placeholder prompts you the same way: "Enter Backlog name".
New items appear immediately and are saved in the background, so you can keep typing while the board catches up.
