Progress
A percentage you can enter manually or calculate automatically from selected Status columns.

A Progress column displays a bar with a percentage beside it. It works in two ways, depending on how you configure the column.

By default, a Progress cell accepts a number between 0 and 100. The bar changes colour based on the percentage: green from 80, amber from 50, blue from 25, and grey below 25.
Rolled Up from Status Columns#
Progress can also calculate the percentage automatically based on selected Status columns. An unconfigured column displays "Not configured" until you set it up.
- Open the column's ⋯ menu and select "Settings".
- On the "Progress tracking" card, select "Connect".
- Add a row for each Status column that should contribute to the total.
- For each row, select the Status column, choose the label that represents done, and assign a weight.
- Select "Save".
The panel is headed "Progress tracking column settings" and starts with "No tracking columns yet. Add one below." Each row also includes an active toggle, allowing you to exclude a column from the calculation without deleting the row, and a remove button.
Once configured, each item's percentage is calculated from the weight of its completed Status columns relative to the total weight. A value of 100% shows green, 50% and above shows blue, values above zero show amber, and zero shows grey.
